Wyoming County Deputies make heroin bust


Members of the Wyoming County Drug Task Force announce the arrest of a Pike man following an alleged drug sale in the Village of Warsaw.
Richard F. GARGULA, age 34, of Telegraph Road, Pike, NY, was charged with one count of Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance in the 3rd degree and one count of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 3rd degree. GARGULA is accused of selling Heroin to an agent of the Wyoming County Drug Task Force in May of 2017 while in the Village of Warsaw.
GARGULA was arraigned in Warsaw Village Court and he was returned to the county jail in lieu of $50,000 cash bail on this new charge, as he was already in the county jail on an unrelated charge.
The Wyoming County Drug Task Force includes members from the Sheriff’s Office as well as the Arcade, Attica, Perry, and Warsaw Police Departments.
