State Education Department Commissioner MaryEllen Elia today sustained the Buffalo City School District Board of Education’s application to remove Carl Paladino as a member of the board. The full decision is available here.
Pursuant to Education Law §2103(2), an individual removed from a “school district office shall be ineligible to appointment or election to any district office for a period of one year from the date of such removal.”
