On August 11 at 2:30 a.m., Troopers arrested Terri L. Timothy, 44 of Grove, NY for Assault 2nd.
Troopers responded to a report of an altercation on County Route 24 in the Town of Grove. Timothy allegedly got into an altercation with a 47 year old male. During the altercation, Timothy stuck the male with a baseball bat causing injury. Timothy was arrested for Assault 2nd, a class D felony. Timothy was processed at SP Fillmore and arraigned in the Town of Burns court. Timothy was remanded to the Allegany Co jail on $2,000 bail.
