Are You Ready to Save a Life? CPR/AED/First Aid Training Date Announced

Wellsville, New York- The Allegany County Community Wellness Committee has joined the nation’s Million Hearts™ Initiative to help save lives from heart disease. Americans suffer more than 2 million heart attacks with 2,200 people dying from heart disease every day making it the leading cause of death in the United State, New York State and Allegany County.
Many of the people who are at high risk for heart attack or stroke don't even know it. In response to this public health crisis, Ardent Solutions will be offering CPR/AED/First Aid classes through the American Health and Safety Institute Training Center.
Each person will earn a two-year certification for completing the upcoming class: Tuesday, August 29, 2017, 4:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. in Belmont. The cost is just $10.00 per person and seating is limited.
“There are many benefits of taking a class in CPR training. Heart attacks can happen at any age and anywhere; in the home, in the workplace, at the store, at church, or even on the street. CPR has the ability to save a life,” explained Patty Amidon of Ardent Solutions.
