8/18/19 4:23am- During a traffic stop on I-86 in Friendship, State Police arrested James S. Sloane, 58, of Allegany. He was charged with driving while intoxicated, BAC above .08% criminal possession of a controlled substance and moving from a lane unsafely. He was arraigned and initially remanded to the Allegany County Jail in lieu of bail.
