Wellsville Police arrested Jacob M. Nelson, age 20 of
Whitesville, charging him with Assault 3rd.
The charges stems from an incident that took place on North Main Street
on June 22nd. Nelson was processed,
issued an appearance ticket and released.
Nelson is due to appear in Wellsville Village Court on July 17th at 5 p.m.
