With the assistance of the New York State Police on Thursday June 23, 2018 at approximately 12:29 a.m., Cuba Police arrested Brittany Dickerson, 24, of Bolivar. Dickerson was arrested on a bench warrant issued from the Cuba town court. Dickerson was processed and placed in front of a Cuba Town Justice in the presence of a Public Defender and released to appear at a later date. Dickerson is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
