On June 19th, 2018 at approximately 5:30 p.m. following a domestic dispute in the village, Cuba Police arrested Kristopher Holtz, 29, of Shinglehouse, PA. Holtz was processed and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle 2nd (Misdemeanor), assault 3rd (Misdemeanor) and criminal obstruction of breathing (Misdemeanor). Holtz was town court and released to appear at a later date. Holtz is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
