Genesee, PA man arrested during traffic stop

A Genesee man was arrested during a traffic stop on State Route 248 in the town of West Union. State police said 46-year-old Andrew Walters was charged with driving while intoxicated and aggravated driving while intoxicated. Troopers said both are misdemeanor counts. He was released on appearance tickets for court.
