Wellsville Police arrested Patty L. Cain-Limage, age 34 of
Belmont, charging her with Public Lewdness.
The charge stems from an incident that took place on North Main Street
in the Village. Cain-Limage was
processed and arraigned before Wellsville Village Justice O’Connor. Cain-Limage was committed to the Allegany
County Jail on $250.00 cash bail or $500.00 property bond. Cain-Limage is due back in Wellsville Village
Court on July 17th at 4:30 p.m.
Wellsville Police arrested Donald E. Brundage, age 38 of
Wellsville, charging him with DWI (Felony), DWI w/BAC of .18% or more (Felony),
Aggravated DWI w/BAC of .18% or more (Felony), AUO 1st (Felony – Aggravated
Unlicensed Operation 1st), Use Rented/Leased/Loaned Vehicle W/O Interlock and
No Distinctive Plate/One Plate. The
charges stem from a traffic stop on Madison Street in the Village. Brundage was processed and arraigned before
Wellsville Village Justice O’Connor.
Brundage was committed to the Allegany County Jail on $1,500.00 cash
bail or $3,000.00 property bond.
Brundage is due back in Wellsville Village Court on July 17th at 4:30 p.m.
