Allegany County: Prison time for drug defendant

An Allegany County court judge has sentenced an Elmira resident to prison for a drug crime. 47-year old Toni Yanarilli will serve four years in prison and five years post release supervision. Nearly two years ago, Yanarilli was stopped for speeding on I-86 in Angelica. Police soon discovered she possessed 223 grams of cocaine, a stun gun, Oxycodone and marijuana.  A guilty plea was accepted earlier this year on the charge a 2nd degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. The case was prosecuted by Assistant District Attorney Amanda Finn.
