Pennsylvania man arrested for aggravated DWI

PRESS RELEASE  
On 9:11 p.m. on Sunday, state police arrested Timothy K. Rhinehart, 39, of Eldred, PA for Aggravated DWI, DWI, and speeding.
During a traffic stop for speeding on State Route 417 in Portville, Troopers allege that Rhinehart had been operating his vehicle in the town of Portville while intoxicated. Two children were present in the vehicle at the time, leading to the Aggravated DWI charge, a class E felony.
Rhinehart was arrested and transported to SP Olean, where he was allegedly found to have a BAC of 0.10%. He was released with appearance tickets returnable to Portville Town Court later this month.
