6/11/18 10:37am- State police investigated a domestic dispute in Caneadea. Three hours later, police arrested Jerry A. Dowd, 36, of Caneadea. He was charged with assault 3rd. Dowd was released on his own recognizance.
6/11/18 12:38pm- After investigating a larceny in the village of Bolivar, state police arrested John R. Roulo, 35 and Heidi E. Roulo, 34, both of Richburg. They were each charged with one count of petit larceny. Court action is pending.
