Steuben County Sheriff Jim Allard reports that on June 11, 2025, Deputies of the Steuben County Sheriff’s Office arrested Nathan A. Clark, age 40, of County Route 14, Canisteo, New York, after a warrant was issued pursuant to a Grand Jury indictment. It is alleged that Mr. Clark committed the crime of Sex Abuse with a person under the age of 13 and that he endangered the welfare of that child. Mr. Clark was charged with Sex Abuse in the First Degree, a class D Felony, and Endangering the Welfare of a Child. Mr. Clark was arraigned in the Centralized Arraignment Court and held in lieu of $5,000 cash bail.
