New York State Police Blotter – June 12, 2025
6/12/25 4:40 p.m.- On May 24th,
Amity-based state police were called to investigate a child endangerment case
in the town of Wellsville. On Thursday, troopers arrested Timothy J. Porcuri,
22, of Wellsville. He was charged with felony second-degree rape involving a
child under the age of 15 and endangering the welfare of a child. He was
remanded to the Allegany County Jail with bond set at $20,000 cash.
6/12/25 11:37 p.m.- After investigating a larceny
complaint in the village of Angelica, state police arrested Holly L.
Harrington, 51, of Angelica. She was charged with petit larceny, resisting
arrest and obstruction for allegedly preventing an official function. She was
released on a court appearance ticket.
