New York State Police Blotter – June 19, 2025
6/19/25 9p.m.- After investigating a domestic dispute
in the town of Amity, state police arrested Justin A. Seratt, 37, of
Whitesville. He was charged with second-degree criminal contempt. He sent to
the Allegany County Jail where CAP court fixed bail at $5,000 cash.
6/19/25 6:22 p.m.- State police responded to the town
of Caneadea to investigate a complaint. A short time later, troopers report the
arrest of Robert M. Hubbard, 65, of Fillmore. He was charged with second-degree
menacing with a weapon, criminal possession of a weapon and endangering the
welfare of a child. A court appearance
is pending.
6/19/25 9:15 p.m.- After investigating a domestic
dispute in Caneadea, state police arrested Jeremy A. Preston, 34, of
Farmersville Station. He was charged with criminal contempt and taken to the
Allegany County Jail for Central arraignment.
