How to Join In

About the Dwyer Peer Support Program

Founded in honor of PFC Joseph P. Dwyer, the peer‑to‑peer support network is a lifeline for veterans dealing with PTSD, TBI, and the stresses of reintegration. Active across multiple New York counties, the Dwyer Program promotes mental wellness, community engagement, and life-saving connections among those who’ve served (alleganyco.govfacebook.com, nysed.gov).

Join us on July 12 as we come together to honor the courage of our veterans, support their journeys, and celebrate the freedoms they protect. The WeAre‑Dwyer Veterans Freedom Festival is more than an event; it’s a community pledge to remember, uplift, and stand united.
