Nicholas A. Daugustino, 40,
Caledonia, NY, was arrested June 8, charged with Petit Larceny. Following arraignment, Daugustino was
remanded to the Livingston County Jail on $1,000 cash bail/$2,000 property
bond. Daugustino will reply to charges
in Avon Town Court on a later date.
Reachell A. Gaddy, 40,
Rochester, NY, was arrested June 9, charged with Criminal Possession of a
Controlled Substance 7th Degree and Criminal Possession of a
Hypodermic Instrument. Following
arraignment, Gaddy was remanded to the Livingston County Jail on $750 cash
bail/$1,500 property bond. Gaddy will
appear to answer charges in Geneseo
Village Court on a later date.
James W. Stiner, 38, Livonia,
NY, was arrested June 12, charged with Grand Larceny 4th Degree,
Burglary 2nd Degree, Criminal Mischief 4th Degree, Petit
Larceny and Possession of a Forged Instrument 2nd Degree. Following arraignment, Stiner was remanded to
the Livingston County Jail on $1,000 cash bail/$2,000 property bond and will
answer charges in Livonia Town Court on a later date.
Jennifer L. Redding, 40, Lakeville,
NY, was arrested and charged with Grand Larceny 4th Degree, Burglary
2nd Degree, Criminal Mischief 4th Degree and Petit
Larceny on June 12, and following arraignment was remanded to the custody of
the Sheriff in lieu of $1,000 cash bail/$2,000 property bond. Redding will respond to charges in Livonia
Town Court on a later date.
Claude R. Giguere, Jr., 48,
Naples, NY, was arrested and charged with Grand Larceny 4th Degree
on June 8, and following arraignment was remanded to the Livingston County Jail
on no bail. Giguere will reply to
charges in Lima Town Court on a later date.
Alexander J. Harmony, 22,
Shakela R. Smith, 21 and Avangela C. Graham 33, all residents of Rochester, NY,
were arrested and charged with Petit Larceny and Criminal Possession of Stolen
Property 5th Degree on June 6.
Harmony was additionally charged with Unlicensed Operator. Following
arraignment, Harmony, Smith and Graham were remanded to the Livingston County
Jail on $1,500 cash bail/$3,000 property bond and will address charges in
Geneseo Town Court on a later date.
