Betsy A. VanVolkenburg, 50,
Livonia, NY, was charged May 25, with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a
Motor Vehicle 3rd Degree, Unlicensed Operator and Inadequate/No
Exhaust and was released on an appearance ticket to resolve charges in Avon
Town Court on a later date.
Jeffrey L. Webb, 33, Rochester,
NY, was charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle 3rd
Degree, Unlicensed Operator, Speeding and Unlawful Possession of Marihuana on
May 25. Following arraignment in Lima
Town Court, Webb was remanded to the custody of the Sheriff on $150 cash
bail/$300 property bond. Webb will
return to Lima Town Court to answer charges on a later date.
Cody A. Hogue, 23, Angelica, NY,
was arrested May 26, charged with Grand Larceny 4th Degree. Following arraignment in Ossian Town Court,
Hogue was remanded to the Livingston County Jail on $5,000 cash bail/$10,000
property bond and will return to Ossian Town Court in response to charges on a
later date.
James J. McCann, 82, Geneseo,
NY, was charged May 28, with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle
3rd Degree and Unlicensed Operator and was issued an appearance
ticket to resolve charges in Avon Town Court on a later date.
April L. Wheeler, 34, Nunda, NY,
was cited for Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle 3rd
Degree and Speeding on May 28, and was issued an appearance ticket to address
charges on a later date.
Gerald L. Brol, 85, Livonia, NY,
was charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle 3rd
Degree and Leaving the Scene of a Personal Injury Accident on May 28. Brol was released on an appearance ticket to
respond to charges in Livonia Town Court on a later date.
Justin D. Crandall, 34, Victor,
NY, was charged May 28, with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle
3rd Degree and Unlicensed Operator and was issued an appearance
ticket to answer charges on a later date.
Joseph M. White, 47, Avon, NY,
was arrested May 27, charged with Driving While Intoxicated,
Concealing/Altering/Destroying Evidence, Unlawful Possession of Marihuana,
Failure to Keep Right and Moving from Lane Unsafely. Following arraignment in Avon Town Court,
White was remanded to the Livingston County Jail in lieu of $2,500 cash
bail/$5,000 property bond. White will
return to Avon Town Court to answer charges on a later date.
Rebecca A. Beeman, 26, Geneseo,
NY, was arrested and charged with Criminal Mischief 4th Degree on
May 29. Following arraignment in
Groveland Town Court, Beeman was remanded to the custody of the Sheriff on $250
cash bail/$500 property bond and will return to Groveland Town Court to respond
to charges on a later date.
Kenneth G. Scinta, Jr., 47,
Honeoye, NY, was arrested May 29, charged with Driving While Ability Impaired-Drugs
and Alcohol, Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle 1st
Degree and Failure to Dim Headlights.
Following arraignment in Avon Town Court, Scinta was remanded to the
Livingston County Jail in lieu of $4,000 cash bail/$8,000 property bond. Scinta will return to Avon Town Court in
reply to charges on a later date.
Clinton A. Zajac, 27,
Churchville, NY, was charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor
Vehicle 3rd Degree and Unlawful Possession of Marihuana on May 25,
and was released on an appearance ticket to satisfy charges in Avon Town Court
on a later date.

Margaret R. Payne, 25, Livonia,
NY, was Arrested and charged with Driving While Intoxicated and No/Inadequate
Exhaust on May 26. Following arraignment
in Livonia Town Court, Payne was remanded to the custody of the Sheriff on $300
