On June 15, 2018 the Andover Police Department stopped a vehicle for a traffic infraction and after a brief investigation charged David A. Getman, 49, of Andover with unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation, and failure to obey a traffic control device. Getman was issued an appearance ticket returnable to Andover Village Court on July 9, 2018 at 9:00 a.m.
