Wellsville Police arrested James D. Porter, age 27 of
Salamanca, charging him with 2 counts of Criminal Mischief 4th, Unlawful
Imprisonment 2nd and Harassment 2nd. The
charges stem from an incident that took place on East Pearl Street in the
Village. Porter was processed and
arraigned before Associate Wellsville Village Justice Walsh. Porter was committed to the Allegany County
Jail on $5,000.00 cash bail or $10,000.00 property bond. Porter is due back in Wellsville Village
Court on May 15th at 4:30 p.m.

Wellsville Police, acting on a Bench Warrant issued by the
Wellsville Village Court, arrested Zackery D. Truax, age 23 of Bath, charging him
with Failure to Appear in Court and/or pay fine on a previous Disorderly
Conduct charge. Truax was processed and
arraigned before Associate Wellsville Village Justice Walsh. Truax paid his fine in full and was released.
Wellsville Police arrested Daniel E. Fronczak, age 42 of
Scio, charging him with Public Lewdness.
The charge stems from an incident that took place on North Main Street
in the Village. Fronczak was processed
and arraigned before Town of Willing Justice Guiney. Fronczak was committed to the Allegany County
Jail on $200.00 cash bail or $400.00 property bond. Fronczak is due to appear in Wellsville
Village Court on May 15th at 4:30 p.m.
