Following a complaint in the Village of Cuba on Wednesday May 16th at approximately 2:00 p.m. Cuba Police arrested Dustin Chesner, 31, of Allegany. Chesner was arrested on charges of endangering the welfare of a child (misdemeanor). Chesner was processed and issued an appearance ticket to appear at a later date. Chesner is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
