Wellsville Police arrested Robert J. Herrod, age 63 of
Wellsville, charging him with Criminal Contempt 2nd, Forcible Touching and
Harassment 2nd. The charges stem from an
incident that took place on Early Street in the Village. Herrod was processed and arraigned before
Wellsville Village Justice O’Connor.
Herrod was committed to the Allegany County Jail on $2,500.00 cash bail
or $5,000.00 property bond. Herrod is
due back in Wellsville Village Court on June 19th at 4:30 p.m.
