Obituary: Francis G. White, age 83, of Almond

Francis G. White, age 83, of Almond passed away on Wednesday May 16, 2018 at Elderwood of Hornell. He was born on June 14, 1934 in North Hornell to Glenn and Blanch Van Skiver White.
