On May 18, 2018 at 7:00pm, Amity-based Troopers arrested
Dustin J. France, 29, of Fillmore for driving while intoxicated. State police
said they received a report of an erratic operator on State Route 19 in Hume. Troopers
located the vehicle and after France allegedly failed multiple standard field
sobriety tests, he was transported to SP
Amity for processing. France registered a .17% BAC. France was issued traffic tickets returnable
in the Town of Hume for May 2018.
