Judge sends Cuba man to prison for raping a child

A Cattaraugus County judge has ordered a Cuba man to prison for sexually assaulting a child. 36-year-old Richard Edwards was convicted of 2nd degree rape and sentenced to serve two years in state prison followed by three years post release supervision. Prosecutors said the crime occurred between 2011 and 2013 and involved a child under the age of 13.
