Allentown - Phyllis F. Perry, 92, of 1948 Melvina Street
passed away at home on Thursday, May 24, 2018. She was born on November 9, 1925
in Belmont, the daughter of the late Charles and Margaret M. (Nick) Hollister
Sr. On December 7, 1944 in Greenwood, she married Clark W. Perry Sr. who
predeceased her on June 16, 1999.
Phyllis was raised in Belmont and was a 1943 graduate of
Belmont High School. She and Clark moved to Allentown in July of 1950. She was
a member of the Wellsville Moose Lodge 601, and the Alma Rod and Gun Club.
She is survived by five children, Clark W. (Deborah) Perry
Jr. of Allentown, Roger L. (Pamela) Perry of Scio, Sheila D. Decker of
Wellsville, Christine E. (Michael) Ward of Andover, and Charles H. (Cheryl)
Perry of Bolivar, 14 grandchildren, many great grandchildren, and several
nieces and nephews. She was predeceased in addition to her husband, by a
daughter, Dale Louise Hodge on January 16, 1999, and by a brother, David Arlow
Hollister on July 16, 2004.
At her request, the visitation and funeral will be private.
Burial will be in Forest Hills Cemetery in Belmont. Please consider memorial
