Heroin dealer from Buffalo gets prison time for pushing drugs in Wellsville

A Buffalo man who moved heroin in Wellsville is headed to state prison. Robert Lesniak, 46, of Buffalo entered a guilty plea to criminal possession of a controlled substance 5th, a class D felony. He reached a deal on far more serious charges after he was arrested January 28th and charged with possessing three grams of heroin, 20 bags of cocaine and a stun gun.
Allegany County Judge Terry Parker sentenced Lesniak to three years in prison, plus two years post release supervision. He also received the ceremonial court surcharge and DNA fee, which will likely send a message, or add to the state budget, somehow.
