On May 15, 2108 state police arrested Adrian Palmer, 16,
Silverberry Rd, Henrietta, N.Y. and Sabastian Harvey, 17, Wearkley Rd, Wayland,
N.Y. for burglary 2nd, a class “C” felony, and petit larceny, a class “A”
misdemeanor. Palmer and Harvey were
arrested after an investigation into a residence being entered in the village
of Wayland, and property stolen. During
the investigation, it was also determined that Palmer and Harvey allegedly stole
items from a convenience store in the village of Wayland. Palmer and Harvey were arraigned in the
village of Wayland court and released on own recognizance. State Police were assisted in the
investigation by the Wayland Police Department and investigators from the state
police in Rochester.
