Jeremy E. Kniffin, 44, Canandaigua, NY, was charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle 3^rd Degree, Unlicensed Operator and No/Inadequate Exhaust on May 5, and was issued an appearance ticket to address charges in Lima Town Court on a later date. 

Abdulateef S. Abdulazeez, 20, Rochester, NY, was charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle 3^rd Degree on May 5, and was released on an appearance ticket to answer charges in Avon Town Court on a later date 

Curtis P. Howden, 38, Brockport, NY, was arrested and charged with Criminal Contempt 2^nd Degree on May 3, and following arraignment in Avon Town Court, was remanded to the custody of the Sheriff on $500 cash bail.  Howden will return to Avon Town Court in reply to charges on a later date. 

Elijah I. Chatman, 28, Rochester, NY, was charged May 4, with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle 3^rd Degree, Unlawful Possession of Marihuana and a window tint violation.  Chatman was released on an appearance ticket to resolve charges in Avon Town Court on a later date. 

Ryan D. Wiemer, 34, Wayland, NY, was charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle 2^nd Degree, Unlicensed Operator and Failure to Keep Right on May 5, and was issued an appearance ticket to respond to charges in Lima Town Court on a later date. 

Tanya R. Fidell, 34, Lima, NY, was charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle 3^rd Degree and Unlicensed Operator on May 5, and was released on an appearance ticket to answer charges in Avon Town Court on a later date. 

George T. Etzel, 27, Geneseo, NY, was arrested April 29, charged with Driving While Intoxicated, Blood Alcohol Content .08% or Greater and Consuming Alcohol in a Motor Vehicle.  Etzel will address charges in Geneseo Town Court on a later date.

Jessica L. Mead, 24, Hornell, NY, was arrested and charged with Driving While Ability Impaired-Drugs, Aggravated Driving While Ability Impaired, Endangering the Welfare of a Child, Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle 3^rd Degree and Failure to Keep Right on May 3.  Following arraignment in Geneseo own Court, Mead was remanded to the Livingston County jail in lieu of $1,500 cash bail.  Mead will return to Geneseo Town Court in response to charges on a later date. 

Jonathan J. Langenfeld, 36, Piffard, NY, was arrested May 1, charged with Unlawful Growing of Cannabis and Endangering the Welfare of a Child.  Langenfeld was issued an appearance ticket to reply to charges in York Town Court on a later date. 

Cody A. Smith, 27, Naples, NY, was arrested April 25, charged with Concealing/Altering/Destroying Evidence, Resisting Arrest, No/Inadequate Exhaust, Failure to Keep Right and Operating a Motor Vehicle Without an Inspection Certificate.  Following arraignment in Lima Town Court, Smith was remanded to the Livingston County Jail in lieu of $2,500 cash bail.  Smith will return to Lima Town Court to answer charges on a later date. 

Sarah T. Murphy, 30, Hemlock, NY, was arrested April 26, charged with Driving While Intoxicated, Blood Alcohol Content .08% or Greater, Consuming Alcohol in a Motor Vehicle and Speeding.  Murphy will respond to charges in Lima Town Court on a later date. 

Gabrielle E. Anderson, 24, Livonia, NY, was arrested April 25, charged with Driving While  Intoxicated, Blood Alcohol .08% or Greater, Operating a Motor Vehicle with a Suspended Registration, Leaving the Scene of a Property Damage Accident and Operating a Motor Vehicle Out of Class.  Anderson was released on an appearance ticket to answer charges in Avon Town Court on a later date. 

John E. Williams, 59, Livonia, NY, was arrested and charged with Driving While Intoxicated on April 27, and was issued an appearance ticket to address charges in Livonia Town Court on a later date. 

Nicholas R. Brock, 26, Mt. Morris, NY, was arrested May 6, charged with Criminal Possession of Marihuana 5^th Degree.  Brock was released on an appearance ticket to respond to charges in Mt. Morris Village Court on a later date. 

Thomas S. Trathen, 54, Piffard, NY, was arrested and charged with Driving While Intoxicated, Blood Alcohol Content .08% or Greater and Stopping/Standing/Parking on a Highway.  Trathen will reply to charges in York Town Court on a later date. 

Derek M. Wiser, 29, Hamburg, NY, was arrested and charged with Driving While Intoxicated, Blood Alcohol Content .08% or Greater and Unsafe Lane Change on May 1.  Wiser will answer charges in Mt. Morris Village Court on a later date. 

Daniel J. Cooke, 40, Dansville, NY, was charged May 7, with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle 2^nd Degree, Unlicensed Operator and Stickers on Windshield/Rear Window.  Cooke was issued an appearance ticket to satisfy charges in Avon Town Court on a later date. 

Jacob D. Pattison, 39, Hemlock, NY, was charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle 2^nd Degree and Failure to Keep Right on May 7.  Pattison was released on an appearance ticket to answer charges in Lima Town Court on a later date.

Anthony S. Morse, 37, Bath, NY, was charged May 7, with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a motor Vehicle 3^rd Degree and Speeding.  Morse will address charges in Avon Town Court on a later date. 

Eric C. Harder, 36, Leicester, NY, was charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle 3^rd Degree and Failure to Dim Lights on May 7, and was issued an appearance ticket to reply to charges in Geneseo Town Court on a later date. 

Kevin M. Mulligan, 35, Springwater, NY, was arrested May 7, charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7^th Degree, Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle 2^nd Degree, Unlicensed Operator and Inadequate/No Exhaust.  Mulligan will respond to charges in Lima Town Court on a later date. 

Matthew P. Parker, 28, Medina, NY, was arrested and charged with Criminal Contempt 2^nd Degree on May 7.  Parker will answer charges in Lima Town Court on a later date.

Michael J. Denning, 36, Caledonia, NY, was charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle 3^rd Degree, Unlicensed Operator and Speeding on May 9, and was issued an appearance ticket to satisfy charges in Caledonia Town Court on a later date. 

William J. Rochester, 64, Geneseo, NY, was charged May 9, with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle 3^rd Degree, Unlicensed Operator, Operating a Motor Vehicle without an Inspection Certificate and Inadequate/No Exhaust.  Rochester was released on an appearance ticket to answer charges in Geneseo Village Court on a later date. 

Harley R. Wood, 47, Livonia, NY, was charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle and Unlicensed Operator on May 9 and was issued an appearance ticket to address charges in Livonia Town Court on a later date. 

Seth M. Goins, 36, and Susan M. Goins, 35, Honeoye Falls, NY, were arrested May 4, charged with Welfare Fraud 4^th Degree, Grand Larceny 4^th Degree and Misuse of Food Stamps.  Seth and Susan Goins were released on appearance tickets to answer charges in Mt. Morris Town Court on a later date.
