Wellsville Police arrested Robert A. Hopkins, age 43 of
Belmont, charging him with AUO 3rd (Aggravated Unlicensed Operation 3rd),
Unlicensed Operator, Improper Plates and Fail to Notify DMV of Change of
Address. The charges stem from a traffic
stop on the Genesee Parkway in the Village of Wellsville. Hopkins was issued traffic citations and
released. Hopkins is due to appear in
Wellsville Village Court on September 12th at 4:30 p.m.
Wellsville Police arrested Corey J. Haggard, age 24 of
Wellsville, charging him with Unlawful Possession of Marijuana. The charges stem from an incident that took
place on West Hanover Street in the Village of Wellsville. Haggard was issued and appearance ticket and
released. Haggard is due to appear in
Wellsville Village Court on September 5th at 4:30 p.m.
