8/11/17 8:11am- After investigating a domestic dispute in the Town of Grove, State Police arrested Terri L. Timothy, 44, of Grove. She was charged with 3rd degree assault with intent to cause injury using a weapon. She was detained for court action.
8/12/17 2:45am- During a traffic stop on Route 20A, State Police arrested Casey J. Ingalls, 28, of Perry. He was charged with driving while intoxicated, operator impaired by drugs, DWAI combined alcohol/drugs and several traffic infractions. He was processed and released on appearance tickets for court.
8/11/17 7:50pm- During a traffic stop in the City of Hornell, State Police arrested Eric C. Riefer, 37, of Hornell. He was charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated and DWI-1st offense. He was processed and released on tickets for court.
