8/8/17 5:18pm-During a traffic stop on I-86 in Angelica, State Police arrested Joseph Delucia, 36, of Rochester. He was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana, no license, speeding and aggravated unlicensed operation. He was held on $200 bail. Troopers also charged Erica R. Panzetta, 22, of Rochester with unlawful possession of marijuana.
8/8/17 7:20pm- After investigating a domestic dispute in the Town of Wirt, troopers arrested Chad R. Matthews, 24, of Richburg. He was charged with 2nd degree criminal contempt and criminal mischief for allegedly damaging property. He was held on $2,000 bail.
8/8/17 9:48pm- During a traffic stop on State Route 19 in Scio, State Police arrested Joseph T. Comstock, 22, of Belfast. He was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th, not having a controlled substance in the original container, criminal possession of marijuana (more than 25 grams) and a vehicle equipment violation. He was held on bail bond. Troopers also charged an 18-year-old Wellsville female with unlawful possession of marijuana.
8/8/17 8:31pm- During a traffic stop on County Road 11 in Alfred, Troopers arrested Jenna R. Holly, 32, of Angelica. She was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana.
8/8/17 6:55am- State Police investigated a two vehicle collision on State Route 21, near County Road 66 in Hornellsville. Police listed the drivers as Jacob J. Knapp, 21 of Wellsville and William F. Shue, 57 of Almond. Troopers said there were no injuries.
