8/1/17 10am- Deputies arrested Lisa M. White Eagle, 45, of West Green Street. She was charged with welfare fraud 4th, grand larceny 4th and two counts of offering a false instrument for filing, all class E felonies. Deputies alleged that the defendant failed to notify social services that a family member had moved out, which caused her to receive $2,455 in food stamps she was not entitled to. She turned herself in and will appear in court August 15th.
8/2/17 5pm- Sheriff's deputies report the arrest of William L. Notto III, 53, of Lyndon. He was charged as a fugitive from justice from Pinellas County, Florida. He was arraigned and taken to jail without bail.
