The following persons were arrested as a result of investigation by the Livingston County Sheriff’s Office:
Michael P. Gormel,
39, Livonia, NY, was arrested July 27, charged with Driving While
Intoxicated as a felony, Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated as a felony,
Blood Alcohol Content .18% or Greater, Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a
Motor Vehicle 3rd Degree, Unlicensed Operator and Consumption of Alcohol in a
Motor Vehicle. Following arraignment, Gormel was remanded to the Livingston
County Jail on $10,000 cash bail/$20,000 property bond. Gormel will respond to charges in Avon Town
Court on a later date.
Brandan J. Schafer,
30, Springwater, NY, was charged July 14, with Theft of Services, Criminal
Tampering 2nd Degree and Criminal Mischief 4th Degree. Schafer was released on an appearance ticket
to answer charges in Springwater Town Court on a later date.
Colby B. Brokaw, 19,
and Shane D. Gilman, 19, residents of Dansville, NY, were cited for
Unlawful Possession of Alcohol by a Person Under 21 Years of Age on July
21. Brokaw and Gilman were released on
appearance tickets to address charges in Livonia Town Court on a later date.
Zenny J. Douangdala,
29, Rochester, NY, was charged July 30, with Harassment 2nd Degree and will
respond to charges in Livonia Town Court on a later date.
Mitchell R. Madden,
21, Rochester, NY, was charged July 30, with Aggravated Unlicensed
Operation of a Motor Vehicle 3rd Degree, Unlicensed Operator and Uninspected
Motor Vehicle. Madden will answer charges in Lima Town Court on a later date.
Javonte A. Sims, 20,
Rochester, NY, was cited for Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor
Vehicle 2nd Degree and Failure to Dim Headlights on July 30, and was released
on an appearance ticket to respond to charges in Avon Town Court on a later
date.
Joseph H. Draper, 34,
Leroy, NY, was arrested July 28, charged with Driving While Intoxicated,
Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated, Blood Alcohol Content .18% or Greater,
Failure to Stop at a Stop Sign and Consumption of Alcohol in a Motor
Vehicle. Draper will address charges in
Geneseo Village Court on a later date.
Kevin R. Mitchell, 33,
Dansville, NY, was arrested and charged with Criminal Contempt 2nd Degree
on July 31. Following arraignment in
North Dansville Town Court, Mitchell was remanded to the custody of the Sheriff
on $2,000 cash bail/$4,000 property bond.
Mitchell will return to North Dansville Town Court to answer charges on
a later date.
Sarah E. Monahon, 29,
Rochester, NY, was charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor
Vehicle 3rd Degree, Unlawful Possession of Marijuana, Open Container of Alcohol
in a Motor Vehicle and No/Inadequate Muffler on July 27. Monahon will answer charges in Avon Town
Court on a later date.
Juan Duran, Jr., 42,
Elmira, NY, was cited for Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor
Vehicle 2nd Degree, Unlicensed Operator and No/Inadequate Muffler on July 31.
Duran will appear in response to charges in Avon Town Court on a later date.
Susan E. King, 43,
Dansville, NY, was charged July 31, with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of
a Motor Vehicle 3rd Degree and Unlicensed Operator and will respond to charges
in Avon Town Court on a later date.
David L. Kerber, 34,
Rochester, NY, was charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor
Vehicle 2nd Degree, Operating a Motor Vehicle Without Interlocking Device and
Speeding on July 31. Following
arraignment in Avon Town Court, Kerber was remanded to the Livingston County
Jail on $500 cash bail/$1,000 property bond. Kerber will return to Avon Town
Court to address charges on a later date.
Anthony T. Good, 51,
Painted Post, NY, was charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a
Motor Vehicle 3rde Degree, Unlicensed Operator and Broken/Distorted Glass on
July 25. Good will answer charges in
Avon Town Court on a later date.
Justin R. Bonfield,
25, Livonia, NY, was cited July 27, with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of
a Motor Vehicle 3rd Degree and was issued an appearance ticket to address
charges in Livonia Town Court on a later date.
Desirae C. Heinsler,
32, Rochester, NY, was charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a
Motor Vehicle 3rd Degree on July 27, and was released on an appearance ticket
to appear in response to charges in Livonia Town Court on a later date.
Joshua R. Creager,
41, Lima, NY, was cited for Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor
Vehicle 3rd Degree and Rear Side Window Tint violation. Creager will address charges in Avon Town
Court on a later date.
Darice M. Ford, 49,
Churchville, NY, was charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor
Vehicle 3rd Degree and Unlicensed Operator on July 29, and was released on an
appearance ticket to address charges in Avon Town Court on a later date.
Anna R. Keith, 28,
Wayland, NY, was charged July 29, with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a
Motor Vehicle 3rd Degree, Suspended Registration and Uninspected Motor
Vehicle. Keith was issued an appearance
ticket to satisfy charges in Lima Town Court on a later date.

Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle 3rd Degree and Window Tint violation
and was released on an appearance ticket to answer charges in Avon Town Court

Wiscoy, NY, was charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor
Vehicle 3rd Degree, Unlicensed Operator and Wrong Way on a One Way Street. McMurty will appear in Nunda Village Court in
response to charges on a later date.
Jonathan M. Williams,
23, Henrietta, NY, was charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a
Motor Vehicle 3rd Degree and Failure to Stop at a Stop sign on July 29. Williams will answer charges in Conesus Town
Court on a later date.
Robert T. Hoffman,
38, Leroy, NY, was charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor
Vehicle 3rd Degree and Speeding on July 29, and was issued an appearance ticket
to address charges in Mt. Morris Town Court on a later date.
Ashley J. Batjer, 34,
Hornell, NY, was cited for Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor
Vehicle 3rd Degree, Unlicensed Operator and Failure to Obey a Red Light on
August 2. Batjer was issued an
appearance ticket to address charges in Geneseo Town Court on a later date.
Cornell Chestnut, 55,
Nunda, NY, was arrested August 1, charged with Harassment 2nd Degree. Following arraignment in Geneseo Town Court,
Cornell was sentenced to time served.
Rose Marie Upright,
62, Ossian, NY, was arrested and charged with Falsifying Business Records
1st Degree, Welfare Fraud 3rd Degree and Grand Larceny 3rd Degree. Upright will satisfy charges in Mt. Morris
Town Court on a later date.
Marvin N. Evans, 28,
Baltimore, MD, was arrested August 3, charged with Criminal Possession of a
Controlled Substance 7th Degree, Criminal Possession of a Hypodermic Instrument
and Unlawful Possession of Marijuana.
Following arraignment, Evans was remanded to the custody of the Sheriff
on $500 cash bail/$1,000 property bond.
Evans will appear in answer to charges in Geneseo Town Court on a later
date.
