Twila Jean Ahearn Waseman “beloved mother, daughter, sister, aunt and
friend”
COUDERSPORT, PA---Twila Jean Ahearn Waseman, 43, of
Coudersport, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, March 4, 2017.
Born October 14, 1973 in Fort Huachusa, Arizona, she was a
daughter of Nicholas and Pamela Perkins Ahearn.
She was a high school graduate. Twila had a degree in hotel
business management and spent many years working in her field of study, which
she loved.
Twila loved spending time with her children, family and
close friends. She also loved spending
time in the mountains, at the ocean, and traveling. She was a beloved mother, daughter, sister,
aunt, and friend.
Surviving are her parents of Sierra Vista, Arizona; her
fiancé, Robert Fields of Pyatt, Arkansas; a son, Hunter Nicholas Waseman of
Coudersport; a daughter, Lillianna Rayne Waseman of Coudersport; a brother,
Shawn (Tressa) Ahearn and their eleven children of Coudersport; her paternal
grandmother, Deloris Ahearn of Coudersport; and many aunts, uncles, nieces,
nephews, cousins, and friends.
Twila was predeceased by her paternal grandfather, Paul
Ahearn; her maternal grandparents, Henry Willis Perkins and Laura Jane Perkins;
her uncles, John “Uncle Buzzy” Ahearn, Daniel Sebring, and Henry Anthony
Perkins; and an aunt, Lora Jane Rood.
A celebration of Twila’s life will be held be held from 2 p.m.
to 3:30 p.m. on Tuesday, March 28, 2017 at the Christ Episcopal Church, 601
North Main Street, Coudersport, with a service following at 3:30 p.m. with Mother Janis Yskamp, rector, and the Rev.
Brian M. Welsh of Coudersport, officiating.
A meal with a dish to pass will follow in the church.
Twila’s family has entrusted her care to the Virgil L.
Howard Funeral Home, Shinglehouse.
