Possible shale gas water treatment facility in Coudersport?

It's possible that a "modest-sized" shale gas waste water treatment facility could locate in Coudersport. That's according to a statement made on the Facebook page of Potter County Commissioner Paul Heimel. In the post, the Commissioner said that Pittsburgh-based Epiphany Water Solutions indicated the Coudersport site could be the first of many. Heimel said he learned of the news during a meeting of the statewide Commissioners Natural Gas Task Force meeting.
