BATH – The 2017 Steuben County Hall of Fame banquet is set for noon April 22 at the First Presbyterian Church in Bath.
Inductees were selected earlier this year by the county Hall of Fame Committee and approved by the county Legislature in February. Honorees include:
* Medical practitioner and an 1864 graduate of Alfred University Hannah Simpson Spencer, of Jasper.
* U.S. Air Force veteran, family doctor and county Coroner Dr. Roy W. Robinson, of Wayland.
* World War II veteran and Purple Heart recipient Patrick Monahan and his wife Betty Monahan, of Bath. The Monahans also have been recognized by the state for their devotion to the Bath VA.
