Dean L. Steiner, 58, Livonia, NY, was charged March 18, with
Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 3rd Degree and Criminal
Possession of Marijuana 4th Degree.
Following arraignment in Livonia Town Court, Steiner was remanded to the
Livingston County Jail on no bail.
Steiner will return to Livonia Town Court to answer charges on a later
date.
Ronald G. Warner II, 29, Dansville, NY, was arrested and
charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 3rd Degree, Unlawful
Possession of Marijuana and a Window Tint Violation on March 18. Following Arraignment in Livonia Town Court,
Warner was remanded to the custody of the Sheriff on $2,000 cash bail/$4,000
property bond. Warner will return to Livonia
Town Court to address charges on a later date.
Amber R. Klimczak, 35, Conesus, NY, was arrested March 18,
charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 3rd Degree, Criminal
Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th Degree and Criminal Possession of a
Hypodermic Needle. Following arraignment
in Livonia Town Court, Klimczak was remanded to the Livingston County Jail on
$2,000 cash bail and will return to Livonia Town Court to answer charges on a
later date.
Denamarie Labozzetta, 41, Bath, NY, was charged with
Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th Degree, Unlawful Possession
of Marihuana, Promoting Prison Contraband 1st Degree, Promoting Prison
Contraband 2nd Degree, Tampering with Physical Evidence, Aggravated Unlicensed
Operation of a Motor Vehicle 3rd Degree and a License Plate violation on March
17. Following arraignment in Geneseo
Town Court, Labozzetta was placed in the custody of the Sheriff on $250 cash
bail/$500 property bond. Labozzetta will
respond to charges in Geneseo Village Court on a later date.
Richard D. Allen, 56, Livonia, NY, was cited for Aggravated
Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle 3nd Degree on March 17, and was
released on an appearance ticket to appear in response to charges in Livonia
Town Court on a later date.
Dawn M. Allwood-Boop, 50, Caledonia, NY, was arrested March
20, charged with Grand Larceny 4th Degree, Welfare Fraud 4th Degree and Misuse
of Food Stamps. Allwood-Boop will
respond to charges in Mt. Morris Town Court on a later date.
George E. Bailey, 45, Pavilion, NY, was charged with
Unlawful Possession of Marijuana and Failure to Yield Right of Way to an
Emergency Vehicle on March 20. Bailey
was issued an appearance ticket to respond to charges in York Town Court on a
later date.
Elizabeth R. Walker, 25, Hornell, NY, was arrested and
charged with Petit Larceny on March 17, and after arraignment in Livonia Town
Court, was remanded to the custody of the Sheriff on $150 cash bail/$300
property bond. Walker will return to
Livonia Town Court to address charges on a later date.
James L. Ozzello 4th, 29, Livonia, NY, was arrested March
18, charged with Driving While Ability Impaired-Alcohol/Drugs, Aggravated
Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle 3rd Degree, Unlicensed Operator, Failure to Keep Right
and Driving Across Hazardous Markings.
Following arraignment in Livonia Town Court, Ozzello was remanded to the
Livingston County Jail in lieu of $500 cash bail. Ozzello will return to Livonia Town Court to
answer charges on a later date.
Phillip A. Webb, 31, Rochester, NY, was arrested and charged
with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle 2nd Degree, Unlicensed
Operator and No/Improper Signal on March 19.
Following arraignment in Avon Town Court, Webb was remanded to the custody
of the Sheriff on $500 cash bail and will return to Avon Town Court to respond
to charges on a later date.
Scott M. Tunningley, 36, Conesus, NY, was arrested March 17,
charged with Driving While Ability Impaired-Drugs and following arraignment in
Geneseo Town Court, was turned over to the Livingston County Jail on $500 cash
bail/$1,000 property bond. Tunningley
will return to Geneseo Town Court to respond to charges on a later date.
Nicholas R. Young, 23, Dansville, NY, was arrested and
charged with Burglary 2nd Degree, Criminal Mischief 4th Degree and Petit
Larceny on March 17. Following
arraignment, Young was remanded to the Livingston County Jail in lieu of $1,000
cash bail/$3,000 property bond. Young
will answer charges in Avon Town Court on a later date.
Paul D. Ruffell, 38, Avon, NY, was charged March 18, with
Driving While Intoxicated, Blood Alcohol Content .08% or Greater, Aggravated
Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle 3rd Degree, Unlicensed Operator and Speeding. Ruffell will address charges in Avon Town
Court on a later date.
Zachary A. Klice, 33, Mt. Morris, NY, was charged with
Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle 2nd Degree, Unlicensed
Operator and Using a Cell Phone While Operating a Motor Vehicle on March
22. Klice was released on an appearance
ticket to answer charges in Geneseo Village Court on a later date.
Jennifer E. Henson, 43, Olean, NY, was charged March 20,
with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle 3rd Degree and Broken
Vehicle Glass and was released on an appearance ticket to address charges in
Geneseo Town Court on a later date.
