Wellsville Police arrested Taz J. Cain, age 22 of Belmont,
charging him with aggravated unlicensed operation 3rd, No/Inadequate Plate
Lamps and Unlawful Possession of Marijuana.
The charges stem from a traffic stop on Seneca Street in the
Village. Cain was issued an appearance
ticket and released. Cain is due to
appear in Wellsville Village Court on April 4th at 4:30 p.m.
