An Allegany County Grand Jury on Wednesday handed up three indictments. Josiah D. Gardner, 28, Trapping Brook House in Wellsville and James B. Foster, 34, of Arkport, were both indicted on charges of felony 2nd degree burglary. The men are accused of entering a home in Almond in 2015 and stealing a TV, Kindle, a locked box and money.
A Grand Jury also indicted Lance F. Green, 37, of County Road 20 in Friendship with felony DWI, speeding, unsafe lane change and failure to keep right. Those charges were filed last November after his car was found in a ditch in the Town of Wirt.
