Born June 9, 1961, in Wellsville, she was the daughter of Burton and Diane Iddings Billings.
She was employed by Argentieri’s in Wellsville for many years and by Alfred University at the horse farm for 13 years.
Betty loved her dogs and animals.
Surviving are: her mother, Diane Miller of Eustis, FL; two grandchildren, Paige Stebbins and Lily Deaton; four brothers, Keith (Deb) Van Gelder of Penn Yan, NY, Brian (Vicki) Billings of Wellsville, Rick (Patti) Billings of Belmont, NY, and Timothy (Dawn) Billings of Wellsville; aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins. In addition to her father, she was predeceased by a son, Burton L. Stebbins; and a brother, James Billings.
Friends may call at the Mulholland-Crowell Funeral Home, Wellsville on Saturday, April 8, 2017 from 12:00 – 2:00 PM, with a Memorial Service following at 2:00 PM.
Following the service, friends are invited to join the family at the Brian and Vicki Billings home on Forsythe Road for a luncheon and celebration of Betty’s life.
