New York population continues to slip

On Thursday, the U.S. Census Bureau released some new data...and the news isn't great for New York State. From July 2015 to July 2016, it's estimated that more than 70,000 people opted out of New York State. Here's a snapshot of a few counties during the same time period:
Allegany County: -385
Cattaraugus County: -245
Livingston County: -460
Steuben County: -691
Wyoming County: -222
Potter County, PA: -208
