Following a week long investigation a male Youthful offender from Cuba was arrested and charged with Forcible Touching ( misdemeanor) and Endangering the Welfare of a Child (misdemeanor). These charges stem from this male allegedly touching and fondling a juvenile female victim. No additional information is available due the the ages of both the suspect and victim.
