Shinglehouse man jailed after fleeing police
A Shinglehouse man is in the Potter County Jail after
Pennsylvania state police chased him. 38-year-old Daniel Ryan Terrette was
charged with felony fleeing or attempting to elude police, DUI, evading arrest
or detention on foot, traveling 34 mph above the speed limit and six other
summary violations. On Friday, he was arraigned by Magisterial District Judge
Kari A. McCleaft, who set bail at $15,000 cash. Unable to post bail, he was
taken to Potter County Jail. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for March 20th
at 10 a.m.
