On March 6th, 2025, at approximately 4:36PM, Cuba Police arrested Rochelle D. Whitford, 34, of Cuba, NY. Whitford was arrested on charges of endangering the welfare of a child (Misdemeanor). Whitford is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
On March 4th, 2025, at approximately 2:41 PM, Cuba Police arrested Mathew G. Hand, 45, of Cuba, NY. Hand was arrested on charges of operating a motor vehicle on a highway without inspection (Violation), operating a motor vehicle without insurance (Violation) and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration (Unclassified Misdemeanor). Hand is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
On March 4th, 2025, at approximately 1:52PM, Cuba Police arrested Amberly J. Austin, 47, of Arkport, NY. Austin was arrested on charges of operating an unregistered motor vehicle on a highway (Violation) and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration (Unclassified Misdemeanor). Austin is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
On March 3rd, 2025, at approximately 5:53 PM, following a complaint, Cuba Police arrested Kaled E. Gebauer, 28, of Little Valley, NY. Gebauer was arrested on charges of aggravated harassment 2nd (Misdemeanor). Gebauer was processed and sent to the Allegany County Jail for arraignment. Gebauer is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
