Wellsville Police
arrested Lee D. Main, age 33 of Bolivar, charging him with Aggravated DWI with
a child in the Vehicle (Class E Felony), Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a
Vehicle 3rd (Unclassified Misdemeanor) and Criminal Possession of a
Controlled Substance 7th (Class A Misdemeanor). The charges stem from a traffic stop on the
Bolivar Road. Main was processed and
arraigned before Wellsville Village Justice Thompson. Main was released under pre-trial supervision
by the Allegany County Probation Department.
Main is due back in Wellsville Village Court on March 19th at
4:30 pm. Additional charges are pending.
