2/8/24 11:18 a.m.- While in the Town of Wellsville,
state police arrested Seth D. Stuck, 30, of West Clarksville. He was charged
with aggravated unlicensed operation. Court action is pending.
2/8/24 5:06 p.m.- During a traffic stop in Willing,
Amity-based troopers arrested Derek Fagan, 39, of Willing. He was charged with
operating a vehicle while impaired by drugs. He was released to a third party.
2/8/24 9:34 p.m.- State Police arrested Thomas E.
Brown, 45, of Addison. He was charged with two counts of criminal possession of
a controlled substance, criminal use of drug packaging, fleeing police,
aggravated unlicensed operation, driving while impaired by drugs and reckless
driving. He was issued an appearance ticket for court.
