On February 18th, 2024 at approximately 1:00AM, following a report of a domestic dispute, Cuba Police arrested Andrew P. Beckendorf (40) of Cuba, NY. Beckendorf was arrested on charges of harassment 2nd (Violation), endangering the welfare of a child (Misdemeanor), criminal mischief 4th (Misdemeanor) and obstruction of governmental administration (2 Counts, Misdemeanors). Beckendorf was processed and issued an appearance ticket to appear at a later date. Beckendorf is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Honeck was arrested on charges of harassment 2nd (Violation), menacing 2nd (Misdemeanor) and reckless endangerment 2nd (Misdemeanor). Honeck was processed and issued an appearance ticket to appear at a later date. Honeck is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
