Proceedings:  Jarrette LaFlash has been convicted of the top charge of Burglary in the 3^rd degree for breaking into a doctor’s office in the Village of Wellsville back in June of last year.  As a result, LaFlash was sentenced to spend the next 2 – 4 years in state prison.
